Geeks On The Way provides technical support to a wide variety of corporations. Although we have an amusing name, our technicians have 5-25 years experience in corporate IT support. We have provided service calls to multi national corporations as well as the local small business. We can generally provide same day service if your service request comes in before 11:00am. We have a minimum one hour charge at $98.00 plus GST, we then bill in half hour increments at $49.00/half hour. Server work is billed out at $128.00/hour. Generally, the technician can give you an estimate of how long the service call will take within 30 minutes of arriving there…..once they have a chance to assess the computer and take a look at the list of issues that you have. There is a travel charge for out of town service calls.
