We are always very pleased to use your services. We were sad when Michael
Holbrook left your company as he was our main computer guy for several
years. We were concerned about the level of service we might receive after
he left.

Since his departure we have had the pleasure of using several of your other
technicians for our computer issues and first of all, we have found all of
them to be highly trained. This is huge.

Before we started using your company we had a variety of computer people who
knew more than us, but not enough, and sometimes caused more problems than
they solved. We are very pleased that Geeks on the Way has chosen to only
employ highly trained and experienced technicians.

The technicians are always polite and professional and get the job done
quickly. We could not be more pleased. And your office staff is also to be

I wanted to send a note in regards to the great service we received when our computer crashed on March 5/07. With Companies suffering staff shortages these days it seems that you always only hear the worst.
 
We have recently moved to Calgary so when our computer needed repair it was a matter of picking a name from the Yellow Pages. I chose yours as I thought "Geeks On The Way" must be good if other companies need to put your company down in their advertisements. I made the right choice.
 
I called Monday morning and the technician, Vadim Pismarkin, came out at noon that day - he was here at 12:00 on the dot! He had to take our computer overnight and as promised he had it back, in working order, at 6 p.m. (on the dot again). Mr. Pismarkin was courteous and very knowledgeable.
 
My next concern was the price, which thankfully was very reasonable. We will definitely use your services in the future and recommend you to friends and family.

I just have to tell you, your technician was AWESOME!!! My issue is resolved (at a reasonable price). I learned alot (not that I would ever attempt to do things myself, just don't feel quite so dumb). And it was really fun.
Would I recommend you? CERTAINLY! If all your folks are as patient, knowledgable and personable as Derek B., your enterprise should branch out...diversify...things such as Anger Management, Sit-Down Comedy or maybe Workshops (Networking for Dummies, 7 Traits of Highly Successful Plunkers, The Mouse and the Modem...). It was so nice to talk with someone I could understand, someone who made me feel comfortable, not like a "techno-loser".

I have dealt with two members of your competition and have NEVER had this positive an experience. Just think, all of this goodness came about over a stupid printer installation that went sideways. You're welcome to quote this email and use me as an endorsement of your company. Thanks so much for being there!

Hi John !
It was panic time in the Koop home! One computer had crashed - the other one needed some major surgery! The call went out to Geeks On The Way! Help arrived soon with a quick and accurate evaluation of what was needed. Repairs were made as promised and there have been NO PROBLEMS since!

Let me begin by saying that I have been in tears most of this week. I'm not computer or technologically-minded, but have learned certain ways and means of getting my work done (routines). I am self-employed and when something goes wrong and I can't work, then I lose income. I don't know other ways to get at things on my computer. However, I have had the pleasure of interacting with Drew, Michael H. (my hero) and Laurel L. (my heroine) on various matters last week and this week.

While my work schedule has been totally thrown off and I have lost a lot of income, I have to tell you that these people treated me and my problems wonderfully and professionally. They are certainly a credit to your company by the manner in which they conduct themselves and also by their knowledge and expertise of all-things-computer.

I will not hesitate to contact your company again in future (although please keep your fingers crossed that I won't have to for a long time!). I also won't hesitate to recommend you to others. Thanks!

Dear John,
Just want to thank you for the tremendous service we have received from Geeks On The Way. Last week Daniel arrived promptly at the designated time and repaired the virus'. This morning when I arrived at work and everything was frozen on the computer my call was answered quickly and efficiently and Michael arrived in record time and took the tower away and returned it this afternoon.

Being a small company it has been difficult in the past to get anyone to come and look at one computer. It is usually suggested I bring it to them. Please feel free to use our name when needing a reference.
