| We are always very pleased to use your services. We were sad when Michael Holbrook left your company as he was our main computer guy for several years. We were concerned about the level of service we might receive after he left. With Companies suffering staff shortages these days it seems that you always only hear the worst.
We have recently moved to Calgary so when our computer needed repair it was a matter of picking a name from the Yellow Pages. I chose yours as I thought "Geeks On The Way" must be good if other companies need to put your company down in their advertisements. I made the right choice.
I called Monday morning and the technician, Vadim Pismarkin, came out at noon that day - he was here at 12:00 on the dot! He had to take our computer overnight and as promised he had it back, in working order, at 6 p.m. (on the dot again). Mr. Pismarkin was courteous and very knowledgeable.
My next concern was the price, which thankfully was very reasonable. We will definitely use your services in the future and recommend you to friends and family.

My issue is resolved (at a reasonable price). I learned alot (not that I would ever attempt to do things myself, just don't feel quite so dumb). And it was really fun.
